Description
Our small villa on Monte Pego is in a very quiet location with a marvellous view of the sea and the mountains. There is a covered car park on the property and then you come up the stairs to the house. Here is the terrace with the pool area, the pool is approx. 3 x 4 in size. The entrance is also the glazed terrace with great views. Directly from there you enter the living-dining room with open-plan kitchen. The living area includes 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. Each room has hot/cold air conditioning and there is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. For the outside area we have various seating and sunbathing areas to enjoy the sun or shade. In a storage room below the house there is a washing machine and a freezer.

Location
On Monte Pego, best reached via the driveway to Rafol, in a quiet and sunny location just a few minutes‘ drive from the beach and the town of Denia. The surrounding area, Pego, Vergel or ELs Poblets has its own infrastructure and offers everything you need for everyday life, from supermarkets and banks to a selection of restaurants and bars. The nearest airports are in Alicante and Valencia and can be reached quickly via the motorway.

Final cleaning 130€, small dogs are allowed on request, plus 50€ for one dog. On request 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person 20 €. Wifi is possible for 10€/week. There is also a rental deposit of 200 €. In the months of July and August, the apartment can only be rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday or by arrangement. A longer stay over the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this villa, from 2 months rental period it can be rented at a winter rental price of 700 €/month plus additional costs according to actual consumption.
