All important facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest sandy beach is about 10 minutes by car. The two major cities of Alicante and Valencia, each with its own airport, are round about 100 km away.

Rental price 95 EUR per night from 01.10. - 30.04. and 130 EUR per night from 01.05. - 30.09.. Electricity after consumption will be charged with 0.30EUR/kwh. Final cleaning 130 EUR. On request we offer 1 set of bedlinen and 2 towels for 15 EUR per person. On the day of arrival a deposit of 300 EUR must be paid. Pets are not allowed. A longer stay (from 8 weeks) from 01.10. - 30.04. is possible at a winter rental price of 800 EUR per month, plus additional costs according to actual consumption.
