An internal staircase (with child safety locks) leads to the ground floor where there are three bedrooms. All three have air conditioning hot/cold and two bathrooms. There is space for 1 car on the property, plus of course plenty of off road parking right next to the house.

Where is this villa located? You will find our Villa Nina in a sunny and quiet location in Monte Solana II. The distance to the nearest beach is about 12 km. The centre of Pedreguer is only a few minutes away by car, there you will find supermarkets, bank ATMs, and much more. Our small capital Denia is about 15 minutes away and the big shopping centre in Ondara "Portal de la Marina" is also only 10 minutes away by car. Both airports, Alicante or Valencia, are 100 km away, about 1 hour drive.

Rental price for up to 6 persons: 01.10. - 30.04. for 120 € per night. Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = 160 € per night. Rental price from 01.07. - 31.08. = 190 € per night. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. Final cleaning flat rate for the house 190 €, additional cleaning fee with dog 50 €. On request 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person 20 €. Internet use is available free of charge. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € by cash/card. A longer stay over the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months rental period this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 800 €/month plus service charges according to actual consumption + 1 month´s rent deposit. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
