Renting prices for max. 4 people: Between 01.10. - 30.04. = 105 €/night (exceptions/Holiday e.g. Christmas, Easter, etc.), Between 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = 115 €/night and between 01.07. - 30.08. = 170 €/night, in this range only is possible to rent per week. + Final cleaning fee = 160 €. If you come with your dog an extra cleaning fee of 50 € will be charged. + Electricity after consumption (0,30 €/kWh). + Optional/On request: 1x bed linen and 2 towels = 20 €/person. Internet is free. A deposit of 200 € must be paid on the day of arrival by cash/card. An extended winter rental (between 01.10. – 30.04.) is also possible. If you rent the property at least 2 month during the winter months the rent is 800 €/month plus all expenses after consumption.
