The exterior of the villa is equally charming, with an 8x4 meter swimming pool that invites you to relax and cool off on warm spring, summer and autumn days. The garden has a wooded area that adds a more natural ambience to the surroundings. It also has a covered parking space for one car and a practical storage room where the washing machine is located, guaranteeing a tidy and functional space.

Location
It is located in the residential area of the town of Els Poblets. It is an area that has all the necessary services to enjoy your holidays. You can find restaurants, supermarkets, a shopping centre in the neighbouring town of Ondara, medical services and veterinary services if you come with your pet. You can go to the Almadrava beach by car or walking and you can enjoy the long sandy beaches of the Marina Alta. The golf course of Oliva Nova is only 15 minutes away. A very nice residential complex where you can enjoy different activities.

In the outdoor area you will find an 8 x 4 m swimming pool, a porch overlooking the pool and the BBQ, a BBQ area with table and chairs, a gas BBQ and a cold-water shower to get rid of the chlorine from the pool. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. In the living room there is an air conditioning. There is also a Smart-TV with satellite channels and a cosy fireplace. The installation of air conditioning units in all bedrooms is done. The bedrooms have two single beds joined into a single bed with a size of 180 x 200 cm. A washing machine, a steam iron and free WIFI are also available.

Rental max. 4 people: 01.10. - 30.04. for 100 € per night. Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 120 € per night. Rental price from 01.07. - 31.08. = 140 € per night. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € in cash/card. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 750 €/month plus utility costs according to actual consumption + 1 month rental deposit. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. If you have chosen the monthly rent, then you will have to pay for the utilities of the house (water 1,25 €/m³; gas, diesel... at market price). Additional cost of final cleaning 160 €, EXTRA cleaning fee if arriving with dog: 50 €/dog. The beds have no bed linen included. If you wish to hire this service you can do so for 20 €/person, it will include a set of towels and bed linen for one person. If you want we also have pool towels for an additional 10 € per person. Free use of the Internet. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
