Our little villa is situated in the community Mimosa II and offers you a perfect and relaxing holiday in a very modern accommodation. The small but exclusive community Mimosa II consists of about 12 independent villas that share a communal pool. In the outside area of the house you can enjoy a beautiful furnished garden with 4 sun loungers, a garden table and chairs and a charcoal barbecue. Nothing can stand in the way of the perfect summer. Inside, the house is divided into two floors. On the lower main floor you will find a modern open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, oven, etc. Furthermore there is also a cosy living room with air conditioning hot/cold and a dining area, also a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning hot/cold plus a complete bathroom. The upper floor is accessed via an internal staircase and there you will find the other two bedrooms, the master bedroom with air conditioning hot/cold and double bed, and the second bedroom without air conditioning and double bed. Despite the three bedrooms, we recommend renting the house only to a maximum of 4 people, or possibly 4 adults and a small child. The second full bathroom is also located on the upper floor. The washing machine is located on a covered outdoor terrace. The house also offers a parking space for your car on the private property.

Barranquets, Els Poblets, only 800 m from the stone beach Almadrava and about 1,5 km to the sandy beach "Les Deveses". Our small capital city of Denia is also only 8km away, but you don‘t have to go far, the village of Els Poblets is only 600m away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and much more. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are easily reached by motorway in an hour each.

Rental price from 01.07.-31.08. 180 €/night. All prices plus final cleaning 160 € and electricity according to consumption (charged at 0,30 €/kWh). On request 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person 20 €, additional towels are possible. A deposit of 200 € is required on the day of arrival by cash/card. Pets on request with a one-time surcharge of 50 €. We can also offer you a longer stay in this house with monthly rentals, from 8 weeks rental period from 01.10.-30.04. can be rented for 750 € plus additional costs (electricity & water) according to actual consumption + 1 month´s rent deposit. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
