This newly furnished villa is located in a nice coastal residential area of Els Poblets. Upstairs there is also a large bathroom. All bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs) have electric radiators for the cold winter. Outside you will find the new private pool, an outdoor shower with hot/cold water, a gas barbecue and a Mediterranean garden. You will be able to enjoy long sunny days in winter. The house has its own solar panels, so it is additionally supplied with its own electricity (from March to October), so the electricity consumption is much lower.

All prices plus electricity based on consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. Final cleaning flat rate for the house 190 €, additional cleaning fee with dog 50 € (on request). On request 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person 20 €. Internet use available free of charge. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € by cash/card. A longer stay over the winter (1.10.-30.04.) Is possible in this house, from 2 months rental period this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 850 € / month plus additional costs based on actual consumption (Electricity, Water & Internet) + 1 month´s rent deposit.
