This house is located in a very quiet area, just before the "Almadrava" beach. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and the outdoor area. Here, you will find several corners where you can relax.The living area with a fireplace and dining area is cosy and inviting. The entire living space is on one level. The kitchen, which is very modern, has everything you need and is located directly next to the living/dining area. Then, through the hallway, you will reach the three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have large beds with two mattresses, each 90x200, and the third bedroom has a bed with 150x190. In winter, the house is equipped with central gas heating throughout and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The outdoor area features, in addition to the pool, an outdoor shower, and the entire property is fenced. For your car, there is a covered parking space on the property.

Location
This house is located on the street that leads directly to the "Almadrava" beach, about 50 m away, and the city of Denia is about 20 minutes by car (8 km). However, if you want to shop, you can also drive to the nearby village of Els Poblets (about 3 km). The airports in Alicante and Valencia are only 100 km away.

Rental price from 01.05 - 30.06 for up to 6 people is 120€ per night Rental price from01.06 - 30.08 for up to 6 people is 180€ per night Electricity is charged according to consumption at 0.35€/ kWh. Final cleaning fee for the house is 160€. Pets are allowed and incur a one-time charge of €50. The rental deposit is €200. Upon request, one set of bed linen and two towels per person is 20€. During July and August, rentals are only available weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Or upon request. Winter rental prices from October 1st to April 30th.
