Our Finca Jaster is perfect for your family holidays close to the beach, as this detached villa is located in the well-known Boticari area. It was built in 2004 and has a total of 90 m² of living space, divided into 2 bedrooms (the main bedroom with ceiling fan and air conditioner with a 1.60 x 2.00 m double bed and the guest bedroom with air conditioning and 2 single beds 0.90 x 1.90 m). There are 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, etc. A bright, open-plan living room with hot/cold air conditioning and satellite TV. It also features an ideal glass veranda that can easily be opened on hot summer days. In the beautiful garden, you have two sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a wood/charcoal barbecue. Unfortunately, this villa has no private pool, but the sandy beach is only a 10-minute walk away. The Lidl supermarket and several restaurants are a 5-8 minute walk away. There is enough space on the plot to park a car on the private property.

This small villa is located in the popular Boticari area of El Vergel. The distance to the sandy beach is about 800 m, only 10 minutes walking distance. The supermarket Lidl is about 400 m away and several restaurants are within walking distance. The two villages Els Poblets and El Vergel are about 1,5 km away, and our small "capital" Denia is about 10 km away. Both airports like Alicante or Valencia are about 1 hour by car away.

Rental price for 1 person: from 01.10. - 30.04 = 75,50 € per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 85,50 € per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. = 105,50 € per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 4, the base price will be increased by 2,50 €/night per additional occupant. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 10kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kwh. There is a cleaning fee of 140€ and a security deposit of 200€ which will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. You have the possibility of hiring optional services such as: bed linen and towels for 20€/person; 1 pool towel for 10€/person; 1 dog for 50€, cot or highchair for 20€. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), is possible for a price of 750€/month from 2 months rental period. To the rental price will be added the costs for water 1,25€/m3, electricity 0,30€/Kwh, and in case of gas/diesel according to market price, and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent.
