Our Finca Jaster is perfect for your family holidays close to the beach, as this detached villa is located in the well-known Boticari area. It was built in 2004 and has a total of 90 m² of living space, divided into 2 bedrooms (the main bedroom with ceiling fan and air conditioner with a 1.60 x 2.00 m double bed and the guest bedroom with air conditioning and 2 single beds 0.90 x 1.90 m). There are 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, etc. A bright, open-plan living room with hot/cold air conditioning and satellite TV. It also features an ideal glass veranda that can easily be opened on hot summer days. In the beautiful garden, you have two sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a wood/charcoal barbecue. Unfortunately, this villa has no private pool, but the sandy beach is only a 10-minute walk away. The Lidl supermarket and several restaurants are a 5-8 minute walk away. There is enough space on the plot to park a car on the private property.
This small villa is located in the popular Boticari area of El Vergel. The distance to the sandy beach is about 800 m, only 10 minutes walking distance. The supermarket Lidl is about 400 m away and several restaurants are within walking distance. The two villages Els Poblets and El Vergel are about 1,5 km away, and our small "capital" Denia is about 10 km away. Both airports like Alicante or Valencia are about 1 hour by car away.

Plus final cleaning flat rate for the house 140 € + if necessary additional cleaning fee for arrival with dog 50 €. + Optional 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person for 20 € extra charge + Wifi internet free. There is also a rent deposit of 200 €, which must be paid in cash/card on arrival. A longer stay over the winter (in the time from 01.10.-30.04.) is not possible in this house.
