This house not only offers a cool and comfortable environment in summer thanks to its 3 splits of A/C, but also ensures cosy warmth during the winter with double glazed windows for optimal insulation and a pellet cooker. The kitchen is equipped with a full set of appliances including oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. In the dining room, you can relax in front of the Smart TV, enjoy the warmth of the pellet cooker in winter or keep cool in summer thanks to the split A/C available. The bedrooms are also air-conditioned and their beds are a double bed of 160x190 cm and two single beds of 90x190 cm. To enjoy the warm summer evenings, you can take advantage of the outdoor kitchen overlooking the beautiful park El Montgò, where you can prepare your favourite dishes and then enjoy a swim in the pool. The Mediterranean garden, the private rectangular swimming pool and the many charming spaces are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. You won‘t have to worry about parking, as there is a convenient area to park your vehicle inside the property. But ATTENTION: the garage cannot be used !
Rental price for up to 4 persons: 01.10. - 30.04. for 100 € per night. Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = 135 € per night.. Rental price from 01.07. - 31.08. = 170 € per night. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € in cash/card. A longer stay over the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months rental period this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 850 €/month plus service charges according to actual consumption + 1 month rent deposit. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. Additional cost of final cleaning 170 €, EXTRA cleaning fee if arriving with dog: 50 €/dog. The beds have no bed linen included. If you wish to hire this service you can do so for 20 €/person, it will include a set of towels and bed linen for one person. If you want we also have pool towels for an additional 10 € per person.
