There is also a glazed terrace at your disposal, ideal for breakfast outside even in winter and in summer you can open this glazing completely. Outside there is a private pool (6x3m), outdoor shower (cold), 2 sun loungers, a gas barbecue and plenty of space in the garden. There is a garage for your car.

Location
Very nice and quiet residential area in the area "Les Galeretes" in Denia. Only approx. 1.3 km from the beach "Las Rotas", and the town centre is approx. 3 km away. Denia has many shopping facilities, bars, great restaurants, and much more. Even the famous ferry "Balearia" departs daily to Ibiza, Mallorca or Formentera, and all this is only a few minutes drive from our villa. Also the golf area La Sella is only about 6 km away. Both airports Valencia or Alicante are about 100 km away.

Rental price for up to 4 persons: 01.10. - 30.04. for 110 € per night. Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = 140 € per night. Rental price from 01.07.-31.08. = 160 € per night. All prices excl. final cleaning 170 €, pets are not allowed in this property. In additional, electricity is charged according to consumption at 0.30 €/kWh. On your wish we provide 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person for 20 €. Internet use available free of charge. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € by cash/card. A longer stay over the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months rental period this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 750 €/month plus additional costs according to actual consumption (electricity & water) + 1 month´s rent deposit. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
