This new villa is situated in the famous area of "Les Galeretes" in Dènia only 3 km from the beach (La Marineta-Las Rotas). The villa has a newly renovated outdoor area with a large salt water pool, outdoor shower (cold), a cosy sitting corner, 4 sun loungers, a gas barbecue and much more. The house is divided on two floors, on the upper main floor there is a beautiful bright dining room with wood burning fireplace, air conditioning and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven with microwave function, ceramic hob and much more. From the dining room you enter directly into the large living room with fantastic sea views. There is also a TV with satellite connection and air conditioning. From there you have direct access to the back terrace, ideal for breakfast in the morning. There are also two double bedrooms (one with hot/cold air conditioning) and a large shower room on the main upper floor. An external staircase leads down to the lower floor where there is a small fitted kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room giving extra privacy for your potential guests. Next to the separate flat is the garage, which is not available for your car. The house is also suitable for the winter, as it has gas central heating (with gas cylinders), so nothing stands in the way of a cold winter. Of course, there is also space for your car, as there is a large carport on the private property.
Very nice and quiet residential area of "Les Galeretes" in Denia. Only 1,9 km from the beach "La Marineta/Las Rotas", and 3.5 km away from the city center. Denia has many shopping facilities, bars, great restaurants and much more. Even the famous ferry "Balearia" leaves daily to Ibiza, Mallorca or Formentera, and all this is only a few minutes drive from our villa. Also the golf area La Sella is only about 6 km away. The two airports of Valencia or Alicante are about 100 km away.

Rental price for up to 6 persons: 01.10. - 30.04. for 150 € per night. Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and from 01.09. - 30.09. = 200 € per night. Rental price from 01.07. - 31.08. = 240 € per night. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. Final cleaning of the house of 220 €, there is an additional cleaning fee if you come with dog (on request) of 50 €, and a rental deposit of 200 € by cash/card. Internet use is free of charge. You can also request the linen service, which includes 1 x bed linen and 2 towels, for 20 €/person. A longer stay will be possible during the winter (1.10.-30.04.). From 2 months rental, this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 1.000 €/month plus additional costs according to the actual consumption (electricity, gas bottles, wood and water) + 1 month´s rent deposit. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
