From the living room you have direct access to the upper covered terrace. From here you reach the pool area and the beautiful garden via a direct staircase. Two bedrooms with air conditioning hot/cold and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the second one with shower. They are also located on the main upper floor. Through the living room via an internal staircase you reach the ground floor. There is a spacious bedroom with air conditioning hot/cold and with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor you will also find a large built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, and also the laundry room with washing machine, there is even a second fridge for cold drinks in summer. The house is also suitable for the winter, as it has a good gas central heating (gas bottles), so nothing stands in the way of a "cold" winter. The best thing about this house is the beautiful garden, with private pool, four sun loungers, a lounge area ideal for siesta, an outdoor shower and even an outdoor kitchen with gas connection. Of course, there is also space for your car, for which there is a carport with electric gate.

Location
Very nice and quiet residential area in the area "Les Galeretes" in Denia. Only approx. 2 km from the beach "Las Rotas", and the city centre is approx. 3 km away. Denia has many shopping facilities, bars, great restaurants, and much more. Even the famous ferry "Balearia" departs daily to Ibiza, Mallorca or Formentera, and all this is only a few minutes drive from our villa. Also the golf area La Sella is only about 6 km away. Both airports Valencia or Alicante are about 100 km away.

Rental price for 1 person: from 01.10. - 30.04 = €157.50 per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = €197.50 per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. = €247.50 per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 6, €2.50/night will be added to the base price for each additional occupant. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and electricity consumption of 17 kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at €0.30/kwh. A cleaning fee of €200 and a deposit of €200 are payable, which will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided that no damage is found in the accommodation. Internet use is available free of charge. Optional services are available to hire, such as: bed linen and towels at €20/person; 1 pool towel at €10/person; 1 dog for €50, cot or high chair for €20. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible for a price of €1000/month for a rental period of 2 months or more. The rental price does not include water (€1.25/m3), electricity (€0.30/Kwh), and gas/diesel (market price), and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
