Through the living room via an internal staircase you reach the ground floor. There is a spacious bedroom with air conditioning hot/cold and with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor you will also find a large built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, and also the laundry room with washing machine, there is even a second fridge for cold drinks in summer. The house is also suitable for the winter, as it has a good gas central heating (gas bottles), so nothing stands in the way of a "cold" winter. Very nice and quiet residential area in the area "Les Galeretes" in Denia. Only approx. 2 km from the beach "Las Rotas", and the city centre is approx. 3 km away. Denia has many shopping facilities, bars, great restaurants, and much more. Even the famous ferry "Balearia" departs daily to Ibiza, Mallorca or Formentera, and all this is only a few minutes drive from our villa. Also the golf area La Sella is only about 6 km away. Both airports Valencia or Alicante are about 100 km away.

The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and electricity consumption of 17 kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at €0.30/kwh. A cleaning fee of €200 and a deposit of €200 are payable, which will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided that no damage is found in the accommodation. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible for a price of €1000/month for a rental period of 2 months or more. The rental price does not include water (€1.25/m3), electricity (€0.30/Kwh), and gas/diesel (market price), and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent.
