Very nice quiet location on the mountain Montgo. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountain of Denia. The distance to the center and the sea is about 15 minutes by car.

There is air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom upstairs, but unfortunately none in the two downstairs bedrooms, these have only 2 fans. There is an open plan fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, ironing board, iron, fitted wardrobes, two shower rooms, sun terrace, private pool with outdoor shower, lawns, SAT TV, WIFI internet, 2 carport, BBQ... Bed size: 1 bed is 1,50m x 1,90m and the other bed has 2 mattresses with 0,90m x 2,00m, and 2 single beds 0,90m x 1,90m.

Renting prices for up to 6 people: 01.10. - 30.04. 120 €/night 01.05. - 30.06. + 15.09. - 30.09. 155 €/night. 01.07. - 31.08. 190 €/ night. 01.09. - 30.09. 165 €/night. Final cleaning fee = 190 € and electricity after consumption (0,30 €/kWh). Ask about the option to bring your dog. On request: 1x bed linen and 2 towels / person = 20 €. A deposit of 200 € must be paid on the day of arrival by cash/card. An extended winter rental (between 01.10. – 30.04.) is also possible. If you rent the property at least 2 month during the winter months the rent is 850 €/month plus all expenses after consumption + 1 month´s rent deposit. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
