Our newly renovated terraced house in the popular community Campo Olivar in Els Poblets offers you the perfect holiday with your family. The property is split over two floors, on the lower main floor there is a bright and modern furnished living room with hot/cold air conditioning and a wood burning fireplace for the cold winter, next to this is the newly fitted and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, fridge freezer, kettle, induction hob and oven, and of course full cutlery and plate set. There is also a small laundry room tucked away just off the kitchen with a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes horse. There is also a small shower room downstairs. The upper floor is reached by an internal staircase with approx. 15 steps and there are the 3 bedrooms, two of them are equipped with a double bed each 1,80 mx 2,00m and the third bedroom has a sofa bed (ideal for children), we recommend the house for a maximum of 4 adults and 1-2 small children. All bedrooms have new hot/cold air conditioning. Upstairs you will also find the second larger shower room. The house also has a beautiful small garden with a sunny terrace, ideal for having breakfast or sunbathing on the two sun loungers. To top the offer, you have a great and wind-protected community pool with well-kept lawns and palm trees.

Very nice quiet location in Els Poblets, only 700 m from the stone beach Almadrava and approx. 1.2 km from the sandy beach "Les Deveses". Our small city Denia is only 8 km away, but you don‘t have to drive that far, the village of Els Poblets is only 700m away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and much more. The airports in Alicante and Valencia are easily reached via the motorway in an hour each.
