The living, dining and kitchen area, featuring a large breakfast bar (open-plan kitchen), is fitted with a new air-conditioning system (cooling/heating). The two bedrooms are fitted with new air-conditioning units (cooling/heating); one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other has two single beds that can be pushed together. Rental price for 1 person: from 01.10. - 30.04 = 85,50 € per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 125,50 € per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. = 165,50 € per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 6, 2,50 €/night per additional occupant will be added to the base price. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 10 kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kwh. There is a cleaning fee of 120€ and a deposit of 200€ which will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. You have the possibility of hiring optional services such as: bed linen and towels for 20€/person; 1 pool towel for 10€/person; cot or highchair for 20€. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), is possible for a price of 800€/month from 2 months rental period. To the rental price will be added the costs for water 1,25€/m3, electricity 0,30€/Kwh, and in case of gas/diesel according to market price, and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent.
