Electricity consumption and bed linen included. A deposit of 200 € must be paid on the day of arrival by cash/card. Dogs are allowed for an extra cleaning fee of 50 €. Long-term rental between 01.10. and 30.04. is also possible for a monthly price of 400 € plus electricity and water costs according to consumption + 1 month rental deposit. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
