Both for the hot summer and for the cold winter has an air conditioned in the corridor that has enough power to heat or cool the apartment, there is also a heating in the bedroom, but very important, the fireplace is only decorative, not for use. The centre of Denia is about 8 km away and only 600 m in the centre of Els Poblets. In Dénia, you will find many shops, bars, restaurants, a lot of culture, sports and entertainment. Connections with Mallorca and Ibiza. The golf clubs of La Sella and Oliva Nova are 8 minutes away by car. Valencia and Alicante airports are about 1 hour away by car.

Rental price 01.07 - 31.08 for up to two people 81 €/night. Rental price 01.09 - 30.09 for up to two people 71 €/night. In the nights prices, the electricity consumption is included. The Cleaning cost are 65€, and te bedlinen and towels are included in the price, dogs (pets in general) are not allowed in this flat. And you must pay a security deposit of 200€ (this deposit you must pay it in cash the day of arrival, and we will give you back in cash the day of check out, when the apartment have no damage). A longer stay is possible in winter (01.10 - 30.04) in this apartment.
