Renting prices: Between 01.10. - 30.04. for up to 5 people = 90 €/night (exceptions/Holiday e.g. Christmas, Easter, etc.) In early summer between 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. for up to 5 people = 110 €/night. Summer rentals 01.07. - 31.08. for up to 5 people 130 €/night. Final cleaning fee = 140 € and electricity after consumption (0,30 €/kWh). Pets on request. If you come with your dog an extra cleaning fee of 50 € will be charged. On request: 1x bed linen and 2 towels / person = 20 €. A deposit of 200 € must be paid on the day of arrival by cash/card. An extended winter rental (01.10. – 30.04.) is also possible. If you rent the property at least 2 month during the winter months = 600 €/month plus all expenses after consumption + 1 month´s rent deposit. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
